Business Withholding - Login
ACCOUNT NUMBER INFORMATION. To use this Tool you must have your City
Account Number. If you don’t have it, you may find it on forms or letters previously mailed to
you; or contact our Office by either calling (937) 296-2502 or e-mailing to
ketteringtax@ketteringoh.org
STEP 1 – CREATE ONLINE ACCOUNT /ESTABLISH USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
First time users - must create a user account prior to using this
system for the first time. You will need your Kettering withholding account number, Federal ID
number and e-mail address. Once your login account is created, a Personal Identification
Number (PIN) will be emailed to you; upon receipt of your PIN you will be able to create your
username and password.

STEP 2 – LOGIN TO WITHHOLDING TAX TOOL
Returning users – enter your username and password below to login
to your withholding account.
